Epoxy Resin Interface Adhesive Concrete Interface Adhesive Construction Technology

Interface Adhesive is composed of modified epoxy resin, special curing agent, additives, etc. It possesses excellent comprehensive bonding properties, outstanding toughness, and fatigue resistance. It is primarily used for connecting new and old concrete in load-bearing structures.

I. Performance Indicators

II. Precautions

1. When used for bonding concrete on the ground, excess moisture should be removed before construction. Then, grind off the surface laitance and gravel of the concrete until the bonding surface exposes the coarse aggregate;

2. Strictly follow the mixing ratio of components A and B provided by the manufacturer, mix thoroughly, and apply to the contact surface.

III. Packaging and Storage

This product is packaged in iron drums. Both components A and B are 15kg/drum, with a ratio of A:B = 3:1.

The effective storage period is 12 months from the date of production.

It should be stored in a cool, dry, and well-ventilated warehouse, protected from direct sunlight and rain. In winter, precautions should be taken to prevent freezing.
